Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the e-learning services provided by Spiral Up Co., Ltd. (“Company”).

This Policy shall be published on the Company’s official website.

Article 1 (Application and Formation of Contract)

  1. The service agreement shall be deemed concluded at the time the user completes the application procedure.
  2. If payment is not confirmed within the prescribed period after application, the application shall automatically lapse without further notice.
  3. All time calculations under this Policy shall be based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Article 2 (Principle of Non-Refundability)

  1. Due to the nature of this Service as digital content, cancellations and refunds are, in principle, not accepted once the application has been completed.
  2. The provision of the Service shall be deemed to have commenced at the earlier of:
  3. (a) the time when the user ID and password are issued and the Service becomes accessible; or
  4. (b) the time of the user’s first login.
  5. After the commencement of service provision as defined above, cancellations and refunds shall not be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
  6. T.his provision shall not apply where a refund is required under applicable law.

Article 3 (Exceptional Handling Prior to Service Commencement)

Notwithstanding Article 2, the Company may consider a refund only if:

  • A written cancellation request is submitted no later than 11:59 PM (JST) on the next business day following the payment confirmation time (JST); and
  • All of the following conditions are satisfied:
  • (1) The account has not yet been issued;
  • (2) No login history exists;
  • (3) Provision of digital content has not commenced.

Even in cases where a refund is approved, payment processing fees, remittance charges, and any other incurred costs shall be non-refundable.

Article 4 (Processing Time and Time Standard)

  1. This Service is administered and operated from Japan, and confirmation of payment and account issuance may require one to two (1–2) business days.
  2. The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by international payment processing, banking procedures, communication conditions, time differences, or other external factors.
  3. All procedures, calculation of time periods, and determinations under this Policy shall be based exclusively on Japan Standard Time (JST).
